The Park Tower is a renowned center for oyster and shellfish. From 1858 the oyster farmers have replaced the marsh. At Pencadenic, Castel and Banastère, discover the oyster farms and site huts. Today, forty oyster farms are scattered on the coast of Pencadenic to Banastère. Here you will discover the kingdom of birds: egrets, herons, hawks, ibis ... Skip amid oyster sites and continue along the coastal path.
